Our client, a leading Estate Agency is seeking an experienced new homes sales consultant to join the team on one of their fast paced teams in South East London.
This company operates mainly in the South East and has a strong presence there being a market leader in the area. You will work in their head office selling their portfolio of new homes. The developments are spread across the south east and therefore the ideal candidate must be willing to travel to all sites. The ideal candidate will be punchy with a considerable amount of knowledge of the property industry, particularly New Homes. The Sales Consultant will ensure they are confident with dealing with affluent clients, as well as handling sales appropriately with a professional manner and excellent customer service.
The role will require you to;
- Create and maintain detailed knowledge of the property industry
- To apply advance sales skills to drive sales and meet the sales targets
- To represent the client to the best possible standard
- Work on-site selling off plan luxury property
- To report to the New Homes Sales Manager
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Essential requirements are as follows;
- Proven track record in off plan sales
- Driving license
- New Homes sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to work weekends
- Excellent time management
The competitive salary with consist of a basic up to £20,000 with OTE in excess of £37,000.
