One of my clients is looking for an articulate individual to join their Retirement New Homes Sales Team for 19 months.
If you are currently selling luxury products, or already working in the retirement sector, and have an outstanding customer service skill set, and want to get into property, please get in touch.
The New Homes industry is always open to new and fresh talent, whether you are in luxury car sales or bespoke travel, your transferable skill set is desirable.
Retirement is a growing industry and this contract role will be a good learning experience for those wanting to get into Real Estate/Housing/Property Sales.
- Sell off plan retirement new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- 19 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
- Up to £26,000 (please note this is dependant on New Homes/Property Sales Experience)
- Commission: £300 per plot + end of job bonus
