ADMIN SUPPORT - E14 

Our client is a small and growing property company and estate agency based in Canary Wharf, E14. 

Already firmly established as a commercial estate agency, we are also making very strong strides into the residential sector and are expanding our team accordingly. 

We are an ambitious, energetic team with a goal to become the dominant player in commercial and residential property. 

We are looking for a very well organised, intelligent, efficient and articulate individual to join our vibrant and growing property team. 

The candidate will handle the progression of sales pipeline deals by liaising with buyer and seller solicitors, chasing documentation and updating the status of deals on our internal estate agency software. 

The candidate will be required to ensure that sales deals exchange within a target period of 6 weeks of being agreed. 

The candidate will also provide general administrative support such as preparing heads of terms/sales memorandum, filing documents, book keeping and data entry, and many other property and administrative tasks. 

Tasks will include the following: 

- Liaising daily with buyer and seller solicitor by email and phone for updates on deals. 
- Chasing outstanding documentation from respective parties 
- Ensuring deals exchange within 6 week deadline. 
- Administrative and maintenance support 
- Chasing signed terms 
- Organising EPCs 
- Writing up valuations 
- Carrying out online property research 
- Dealing with applicant references 
- Collating data/reports for daily and weekly staff meetings 
- Logging in/out keys 
- Organising post/mail outs 
- Book keeping/data entry 
- Preparing property adverts 

Ideally you should have experience working in the property sector. You must be very well organised and be very tidy. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a large workload. You must be an excellent communicator both orally and particularly in written form and have an excellent telephone manner. You must also be charming and persuasive in personality. You must be confident, friendly and able to show that you can use your own initiative. You will also be highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and you must be to multi task. Previous sales experience is useful. 

Salary £20k + Bonuses
