My client is looking for an Arabic speaking New Homes Sales Negotiator to assist in selling across their whole portfolio.
My client is one of London's most prestigious developers, they are very prominent in the London market and have many different divisions that have sites all over London and the rest of the UK. Due to a lot of investment and interested from the Middle East they are looking for an Arabic speaker to join their exciting team.
The ideal candidate will;
- Have sales experience within the property industry
- Be fluent in Arabic - reading, writing and speaking
- Be confident when dealing with HNWI's
- Have the ability to work to targets and under pressure
- Have good IT skills, inclusive of Excel
- Have the ability to work weekends and a lot of overseas travelling
The role will include;
- Working within the head office selling across the whole portfolio of developments by networking, assisting with overseas launches and utilising contacts
- Working as a team to ensure all sales a dealt with efficiently
- A salary of circa £25,000 basic with an OTE of £70,000 - £80,000
