Our client is looking for a motivated and driven New Homes Sales Consultant who is fluent in Arabic and can sell specifically to Middle Eastern investors. It is fantastic opportunity to sell across a whole portfolio for a nationwide developer. Property experience and sound knowledge of the London market is ideal and experience within New Homes is preferable. The role involves international travel, relationship building and ability to cross sell.
- To effectively manage a sales database to exceed sales opportunities
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet and greet potential buyers
- Follow up on potential leads
- Weekly reporting
- International travel
The ideal candidate will:
- Speak fluent Arabic
- Show initiative
- Have good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Have the ability to multitask
- Proven new homes/ property sales experience
Salary - £25,000 basic £70,000 OTE
