I have been exclusively instructed on an Area Sales Manager role for one of the leading estate agents in the UK. The role will be covering their Chelsea and South Kensington branch and offers an extremely attractive package for the right candidate.
My client is an international property brand, frequently recognised with numerous awards. Established over 100 years' ago they are going through an extremely exciting growth phase so this is a great time to be joining.
The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of the Chelsea/South Kensington market and have previous experience managing a sizable team. You will coach and develop negotiators in both offices, set and implement targets and work closely with Head of Residential and Head of London in order to get both branches fulfilling their potential.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience of managing multiple negotiators in a London estate agency
- A strong track record of increasing office performance throughout your career in property sales
- Proven experience of business strategy and delivery
- Area experience of Chelsea and South Kensington
