Assistant Relocation Advisor – Newbury

This role responsibility includes supporting Relocation Consultants on all tasks and activities necessary to ensure a successful relocation for transferring employees across our corporate client network.

We are looking for diverse and gifted person with is one to three years’ experience in UK Domestic Property Sales or Lettings, Relocation Management Company or other closely related customer service industry.

Assistant Relocation Advisor - Role Responsibilities

■        Provides support to Relocation Advisor in coordinating and facilitating domestic and global relocation benefits to corporate clients

■        Building and maintaining relationship with local and global providers when necessary

■        Following up on issues arising following entry in properties (working with letting agents to ensure all snagging issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the assignees’ satisfaction)

■        Provides back-up support to Relocation Advisors in fielding calls and directing to the correct consultant/team/department

■        Instructing third-party providers and following up receipt of appropriate documents/paperwork

■        Provide timely updates to the Relocation Advisor on assigned tasks

■        Instruct and manage Vacant Property Winter Checks

■        Bi-weekly property inspections for vacant properties report

■        Weekly property sales chases

■        Preparing the framework documents for Price Reductions, Property Offers, Report on Valuations and Marketing Strategy Reports

■        Supplier and third-party payment/disbursements requests and resolution of issues

■        First review of assignee expense claim in line with policy/services and budget

■        Creating issue and resolution logs

■        Assists with training of new consultants hires as requested

■        Demonstrates a willingness to improve job-related skills, responding to direction and constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner

■        Shows flexibility and creativity, and issue resolution skills when completing work assignments

■        Attends and actively participates in all team and/or other meetings and training sessions as deemed appropriate

■        Accepts additional job assignments and participates in project work as requested

■        Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual and Policy and Procedures manual

■        Assist the Relocation Advisors with reviewing the monthly unbilled report, closing files and ensuring services are invoiced to clients

■        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

■        Highly customer service oriented

■        Ability to multitask and organise workflow to meet deadlines and prioritise work

■        Demonstrate a global mindset, multicultural awareness, and ability to work and collaborate across cultures

■        Computer proficient and capable and comfortable in learning customised software necessary of the specialised tasks related to relocation activity

■        Teamwork and interpersonal skills required
