They offer a fully integrated design one stop shop for fit-out work. In addition to all of this our Building Surveying team manage over 1,000 instructions per annum, including some of the largest dilapidation's instructions in the market
They now require an MRICS qualified Project Manager to join their Central London office to work within Project Management & Consultancy you will become an integral part of a highly successful and rapidly expanding department of 70 that provides clients with a one stop shop for Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying and Interior Design.
To take a leading role in the delivery of a high profile portfolio of predominately Category A refurbishments and fast track Category B fit outs from inception through to completion.
The role will be client facing and the candidate will be expected to have strong inter-personal skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with client representatives at a senior / board level.
- Education in a construction or property related degree, i.e Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying
- Chartered with either MRICS or MCIOB
The role will be 'hands on' and the candidate will possess the normal project management skills including the ability to draft succinct reports on their projects, have strong presentational skills and IT capabilities.
A desire and ability to take personal "ownership and responsibility" for their projects is essential, along with the commitment to fully contribute to the team's growing market presence.
Delivering Category A refurbishment & Category B fitting out projects from inception to completion including;
General involvement in the initial pitch delivery.
From a construction viewpoint form part of the Lease negotiation team.
The formulation of multi-disciplinary teams and the development of client briefs including project programmes.
Day to day project management of the design, procurement & and construction process.
Compliance with our internal ISO 9001 procedures
Day to day 'Contract Administration'.
Salary is £60,000 - £80,000 plus benefits.
