Deverell Smith have been instructed to search for a Senior Sales Manager for a very well-known developer based in London.
Our client are a reputed developer who have a number of developers all over London. They have a large presence in East London and are renowned for their large, design led schemes.
They are seeking an experienced property professional at Associate Director level to join the team. This person will work very closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and be heavily involved in the strategy and other elements of the development and sales process.
This role will involve:
- Assisting with developing strategies, tactics and sales plans
- Attending various sales and development meetings and standing in where necessary to represent the sales director
- Acting as an ambassador for the company
- Driving value in conjunction with development team
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have proven, senior experience within Residential Development
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Experience in report writing to board level
- Strategy experience within new homes
- Appropriate IT, budget and report writing skills
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 basic with a competitive OTE and other benefits.
