·Job Title: Business Development Manager
·Basic Salary: upto £35,000
·Days: Monday to Friday
·Central London office
To develop long term business relationships with key accounts within a defined territory to deliver regular and effective account management meetings and increase revenues through a multi product portfolio.
Other duties include responding to incoming enquiries, understanding customer and prospects needs. From this you will need the ability to create a tailored solution and provide pricing.
You will need to attending client and prospect meetings across the UK but you will be based in the Central London office predominantly. Your clients will be surveying firms, investment companies.

·You will ideally be smart, self-motivated and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
·Can demonstrate the ability to manage lifecycle of a potential customer, and able to identify and convert leads
·A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
·Can identify customer requirements to provide the best product and support
·The ability to travel throughout the UK and stay overnight as and when required
·Prior Account Manager or Business Development Manger experience would be beneficial
·Proptech or SAAS experience would also be useful
·Attention to detail
·Act with honesty and integrity
·Analytical & confident with data analysis.
·Excellent communication skills.
