Are you an established Estate Agent who has proven ability to run a thriving office? We are looking to recruit a polished and driven individual to join our Anglesey team. We invest heavily in our staff and often promote from within, therefore management positions are rare.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the market leader in North Wales and be a part of this independent multi-disciplinary Estate Agent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to demonstrate a competitive instinct coupled with experience of developing and leading a small team.

Role Objective:

Ensure the branch provides exceptional service to all stakeholders to drive sales, lettings and financial services, secure future business and ensure all measures are taken so that the branch operates at a profit.  

Main Duties (not in order of priority)

  1. Carry out sales valuations and secure property as part of the property portfolio.

  2. Finalise negotiations between purchasers and vendors, communicating effectively between all parties

  3. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other professionals.

  4. Ensuring office targets in all KPIs are met.

  5. Ensure office practises are compliant with Estate Agency regulations and revise in line with any legislative changes

  6. Ensure junior members of staff are developed and performing to the Company standard also develop exceptional customer service

  7. Day to day management of staff within the office, offering guidance and advise where needed

  8. Dealing with initial customer issues to ensure purchasers and vendors are provided with an excellent service.

  9. Responsible for business development; developing initiatives and working with the wider community to ensure the Company becomes the Estate Agent of choice for potential sellers.

  10. Protect the image and the Company brand by delivering ethical business practises at all times

     

Skills and Knowledge

  • Full UK Driving License

  • Ability to converse in both Welsh and English

  • Minimum 5 years Estate Agency experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment

  • Good IT skills are essential
