Branch Manager – Estate Agent

A highly successful Independent Local Estate Agents with a thriving business is now seeking a capable, experienced Instruction Winning BRANCH MANAGER to join their team in Gravesend to continue their success and help expand their market share.

The perfect candidate will be an experienced Estate Agent with a proven track record of winning high quality instructions for the right price and at the right fee!

The Branch Manager will be taking on the management of the profitable and successful business but also have the responsibility of building and developing the business.

The successful candidate will hold overall responsibility for delivering branch key performance targets and agreed income, cost and profit budgets and will manage and support all related activities within the branch including: converting instructions to sales, driving the sales process, maintaining average fees and winning and retaining business, as well as mentoring and supporting the teams to hit their targets.

The skills required for this BRANCH MANAGER (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:

  • Experienced residential estate agent
  • Listing / Valuations experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Sensational telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Gravesend, Kent area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
