Summary:
We are looking for a great Estate Agent for this all-encompassing Sales and Lettings Branch Management role!
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and developing your business and the team. You will be required to deliver exceptional service; you will ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner; you will be managing and developing a team: enabling them to exceed their targets and to fulfil their potential.
Previous experience in either sales or lettings is essential and a candidate who has done both will have a distinct advantage. Previous experience of having run your own branch or department and of managing an Estate Agency team is also an essential requirement.
You need to be ambitious, driven, smart, well-presented and articulate and able to hit the ground running! Generous basic, commission package and car allowance
