Branch Sales Administrator / Office Manager – Estate Agency

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading bespoke independent estate agencies in Guildford, as a Branch Sales Administrator / Office Manager providing full office secretarial support and ensuring the smooth running of the business at all times.

As the Branch Sales Administrator / Office Manager it is essential that you work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. A 'can do' attitude will be required as well as the ability to work in a team environment and a proven track record to build and maintain excellent relationships with Directors, Managers, Clients and Suppliers.

Previous and recent experience within the property industry / Estate Agency is essential however, as well as a strong background in administration and office management.

A UK driving licence would also be helpful.

The skills required for this Branch Sales Administrator / Office Manager role will include:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Presentable and articulate communicator
  • Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of property industry essential
  • UK driving licence helpful
