This is an exciting role for a candidate with current experience in administration within the residential property sector. You will be working for a family run Independent Estate Agents in the Kingston upon Thames area who pride themselves on the personal service they deliver their clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised and methodical. You must be able to prioritise your work load and work to deadlines. The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s administration experience within an estate agency and have a full understanding of the Sales and Lettings process.
This is role is Monday – Friday 9am-6pm with the occasional Saturday for holiday cover (agreed in advance)
Essential Skills required:
· Previous administration experience within an Estate Agency is essential
· High level of customer service is essential
· Excellent organizational skills
· Articulate with a good telephone manner
· Smart and well-presented
· Self-motivated and with high degree of common sense
· Full UK Driving License would be helpful
