We are looking for charismatic exceptional communicators with a compelling track record in business development. You must be able to articulate a property tech platform and have a keen interest in this sector.
Our Client has expressed they are expecting at least 1 years' experience in Business Development in a B2B or lettings specific capacity. This might apply to an experienced lettings negotiator looking to take their skill set and apply it in a new forward thinking context.
Role and responsibilities
- Articulate a property tech platform to clients with a detailed level of understanding on its operation and USP's.
- Winning new business and exceeding targets
- Developing long standing relationships with clients and their business needs
- Calling out and canvassing for new business opportunities
- Understanding the lettings market and the key differences between Estate Agents
- Providing exceptional and efficient customer service
- Be a brand ambassador both internally and externally and represent the company to the highest standards.
- Managing your own desk and time effectively
Required key skills, experience, and competencies:
- Have a clear understanding of the property tech products in the market.
- Knowledge of the lettings process and market with at least 1 years' experience.
- Be compelling, composed and consultative.
- A self-driven individual comfortable in exceeding sales targets with an exceptional phone manner.
- Disciplined in running their own desk and managing their time effectively.
- Be proactive and comfortable making business generation calls to clients.
- Excellent communication skills, intelligent and charismatic.
- High energy, self-driven, ambitious and positive individual.
