Drive membership based sales to leading commercial real estate and architecture firms
Managing a team of Business Development Associates
Arranging meeting with investors, developers, fund manager, hotel management companies and design practices
Working closely with CEO creating key partnerships and growth strategies
Representing the company at networking and press events
Experience leading a business development team in fast paced, start up environment
Experience in mentoring and leading a team of Business Development associates
Demonstrable track record of overachieving targets
Experience in commercial property or urban design with established connections and great reputation
Experience in presenting to C-Level Clients
Experience in selling SaaS into the property industry is a plus but not essential
