Your role will be wide and varied, duties will include;
- Pre-Acquisition Surveys
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Lead Consultant
- Refurbishment Advice
- Feasibility Studies
- Project Monitoring
- Planned Maintenance
- Principal Designer
- Party Walls
The ideal candidate for the role will;
- Be MRICS
- Have experience in both Building Surveying and Contract Administration
- Have the ability to generate new business for the company
- Be a team player, working collaboratively with other surveyors on projects
There is also a possibility for flexible working, with candidates who are aiming to work 4 days a week also considered.
Salary - £40,000 - £60,000
Location - Central London
