Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a role as a CLIENT MANAGER in their LAND & NEW HOMES division.
The suitable candidate will join the busy team based out of their offices in Aldershot and cover the Surrey and Hampshire areas.
You will play an integral part in the business and be responsible for helping to grow the land bank and increase the profitability of an already thriving department.
The role covers a wide range of responsibilities including ensuring the clients and customers are kept up to date, carrying out viewings, looking after sales progression and some administration but is an opportunity to lay down the foundations of a career in the Land & New Homes industry.
The skills required for this CLIENT MANAGER LAND & NEW HOMES (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
- Previous experience in New Homes and Land preferable
- Previous experienced in Estate Agency
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Full Driving Licence and own car preferred
- The ability to recognise and take advantage of opportunities
