Client Services Manager - Central London

Salary £25000 - £45000 per annum + pension Sector Business Development, Estate Agency, Sales & Lettings

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing long standing relationships with clients
  • Consulting on their portfolio and advising of specific service to assist their needs
  • Understanding a specific marketplace and how that sits in a broader context
  • Working as an extension of two front offices and their property requirements
  • Canvassing for new business opportunities
  • Providing exceptional and efficient customer service

The ideal candidate for this role should:

  • Be compelling, compose, consultative and demonstrate exceptional phone manner.
  • Be a brand ambassador both internally and externally and represent the company to the highest standards.
  • Be competent in working to and exceeding sales targets
  • Be proactive and competent in making business generation calls to clients.
  • Understand the full scale of services the firm can offer a client.
  • Have a clear knowledge of the Residential market, yield return and capital values.
