Client side Interim professional project manager required for 12-15 month fixed term contract.
You will be supporting the Project Management team, and be largely seconded to the client on site, supporting the delivery of a 50,000 sq. m. Cat A and Cat B commercial fit-out project in the City of London. This will take up the majority of your time, with support also on a similar project in Victoria.
Candidates should be able demonstrate experience in the delivery of complex office fit-out projects and be experienced in managing a large design team and should be around the level of a senior project manager / surveyor, and also ideally have client side relocation experience.
Candidates ideally should be MRICS qualified or similar OR APMP2 Prince2, and have construction related degree discipline - Building surveying / quantity surveying / project management / architecture.
You can opt to be paid on a daily rate, or directly by the company for the duration of the contract and receive holiday pay and other benefits permanent employees receive. 12 months guaranteed, but likely to extend to 15 month.
