Commercial Proptech Startup - Customer Success Manager

Location West End, London Job Type Permanent
Salary £30000 - £45000 per annum + Bonus Sector Business Development

I am currently working with a recent start up in the Property technology space, who have developed an exclusive new tool for commercial property companies and are looking for a driven and enthusiastic customer success manager. This will be a very client focused role, guiding property companies through the platform and helping to maximise their returns. Our ideal individual will ideally be coming from a commercial property background, with client facing exposure and exceptional communication skills. As a small growing business, they pride themselves on their great working environment where your talents will have a real impact on the business, this is not just account management!

Key Requirements/Skills

  • Commercial property experience/knowledge (1+ years)
  • Great client relationship management skills
  • Proven communication skills
  • No sales experience needed, this is all about the client
  • Keen to make waves in the industry
