An international property development company is seeking a strategic and forward thinking Concept Space Community Manager to lead the operational set up of a brand new office and community space in Stratford, East London.
We are looking for a true superstar for this rare and unique opportunity. An individual who is keen to be part of a creative working environment, leading the opening of a brand new space consisting of serviced offices and commercial space for leisure and events. You will be working closely with the front and back of house teams, ensuring a smooth daily operation, and collaborating with local businesses to utilise space with the aim to provide a vibrant hub of activity for workers and members of the community alike.
Assisted by the marketing and leasing teams, you will be tasked with securing and growing membership for the community space. As this new venture is based in Stratford, contacts within the East London area, along with a good local knowledge, would be hugely advantageous.
You will be required to work constructively with teams across the broader organisation, managing performance against annual budgets and utilising the space to the best of its ability, developing plans to facilitate continuous quality improvements and enhance the workplace effectively, so somebody with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail would flourish in this role.
Just some of the key responsibilities for this fantastic opportunity will include:
- Leading the operational set-up of the working lounge concept including setting the customer experience strategy, and managing the set-up of space management and customer-facing systems.
- Owning and continually improving the end to end customer experience for the building including memberships, drop-in visitors and integration with leasing activities.
- Drive membership and customer base for the space. Manage the partnerships, activation and community management program, including oversight and management of the annual calendar of events
- Provide event management for key strategic events held in the space.
This exciting opportunity would suit a commercially astute individual with experience of running a co-working or flexible office or a co-living space in the residential sector. We would also be interested in hearing from anybody who has managed and grown memberships and created a community hub with events and points of difference.
The salary for this unique role will be from £50,000 to £60,000 PA (on a 2 year fixed term contract) with fantastic benefits including private health care plus much more. Should you feel that you have not only the skill set, but the personality to make this unique opportunity your own, then I would be very keen to hear from you.
