Compliance / Office Manager – Estate Agency

Our client, a highly successful and instantly recognised Estate Agency Group, is looking to recruit an experienced COMPLIANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their professional team based at their Surbiton office.

The perfect candidate for this Compliance & Operations Manager / Office Manager role will already be in a similar position, being responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of all business and compliance matters across several closely linked branches in South West London and Surrey. Previous experience in Estate Agency and Residential Lettings is absolutely essential and industry qualifications like ARLA or NAEA would be helpful.

You will have a full understanding of the legislation impacting residential sales and lettings; strong analytical skills; ability to lead projects from concept through to implementation; ability to identify solutions to problems; strong team player with the ability to build excellent working relationships; have solid organisational, planning and IT skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and strong customer focused skills.

The skills required for this COMPLIANCE / OFFICE MANAGER (Estate Agency & Lettings) role will include:

  • Previous experience as a Compliance / Office Manager
  • Experience in all Estate Agency Administration
  • A full understanding of residential Sales and Lettings legislation
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong customer service skills
