Our client are a small independent Project Management consultancy who provide Project Management and Development Advisory services in relation to the development of commercial and residential property to occupiers,developers and institutional investors.
Due to a number of large new projects they require another Project Manager to join them and help deliver a number of interesting, large scale schemes across the UK, covering various sectors, including Commercial/Office, E Commerce, Retail Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Student Accommodation, Private Rented Sector
Master Planning and Infrastructure.
Solid construction or property related degree.
Appetite to continue personal and professional development, including chartership.
A can do attitude and strong out going personality.
Ideally at least 1-2 years work experience in a property related industry.
Solid time keeping skills.
Exceptional written and verbal English and capable of report writing.
Confidence to meet clients and take their brief.
