One of the country's leading Housing Associations require an MRICS or MCIOB Contract Administrator to join their Central London Office. The company are going through a strong growth and require exceptional candidates to join them and deliver a number of large residential schemes.
This is an ideal role for a proactive candidate who will work well on their own or within a team and who also has the confidence to lead and administer the Term Alliance Contracts.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the contract management to planned and cyclical work programmes and will keep internal customers informed of progress against programme and compliance, within the terms of the contract. You will work alongside Project Managers and Investment teams to deliver a first class service to our external customers. You will also brief internal customers on the progress of the planned works.
You will ensure that the Group and Term Contractors comply with the terms of the contract and term proposals will be a member of the Strategic Core Group.
In terms of experience you should have a background in Building Surveying, Project Management or Quantity Surveying, have solid Contract Administration experience and be chartered with a relevant body (RICS, CIOB, APM etc)
An excellent communicator who relates well to internal and external customers at all levels, you're numerate, strong IT and able to prioritise a busy workload.
Salary £45,000 plus package.
