My client, a public sector body based in Essex is looking for a Procurement & Contract Management Advisor to join their team on an interim basis.
The successful candidate will ensure that tenders (and tendering procedures) are accurate, complete, legal, commercially sound, and have accounted for input from stakeholders across the board, including legal input, client requirements, and other stakeholders (following agreement with clients)
To be considered you will have the following:
- Thorough knowledge and experience of practical application of the current Public Contract Regulations 2015 (MUST)
- Strong stake holder management skills
- Public sector experience
- CIPS or MCIPS (preferred but not a must)
- Knowledge of an e-tendering system (specifically Delta/BIPS)
The role is available for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension. Immediate start. Inside IR35
