Location: Field Based - Norfolk, Suffolk Cambridgeshire, North Essex

Job Purpose Summary: Accountable for maximizing all opportunities from a National Account through the creation of bespoke strategy plans with business owners, hands on training and an individual input through coaching to create leads and contracts.

Also, to create and build ongoing relationships to win buy-in from all employees and ensure all branch staff are best equipped to deliver their businesses strategy plan.

Location: Field Based – Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and North Essex

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1.To deliver the company's proposition to all Branch Managers, Listers and Negotiators to all the National Account 67 branches;
2.To support the National Account internal training function in delivering the company's proposition to all new national account employees;
3.To meet monthly with all key National Account stakeholders, such as Regional Directors and Branch Managers, to ensure maximum buy in;
4.To develop and maintain excellent working relationships and build rapport with all National Account branch staff to ensure plans are realised from the 2 year strategy;
5.To attend the National Account monthly Manager and Listers meetings and add value by contributing BI in order to drive performance;
6.To manage your own diary efficiently and effectively to enable you to attend a minimum of 3 appointments per day;
7.Demonstrate flexibility around nationwide travel and overnight stays to support the wider business;
8.To attend a quarterly team meetings and review with the Corporate Account Director at Head Office in Newcastle.
9.To regularly liaise with the other KAMs within the National Account team to share best practices;
10.To respond to and deliver any adhoc requests as made by the Corporate Account Director;
11.To immediately advise your Group Finance Director of any issues that have been brought to your attention regarding any matter regarding Money Laundering or deemed out of the ordinary.

Key Skills and Experience

You will ideally have both Estate Agency and account management experience;
A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results within the property sector or a similar sales environment;
Individually very disciplined, with the ability to motivate one’s self at all times in the pursuit of excellence;
The ability to travel extensively throughout the UK and stay overnight as and when required
The ability to motivate and coach Estate Agents to successfully offer our services to their clients in order to secure more business;
Excellent speaker skills, persuasive, and comfortable with presenting to, and inspiring, large audiences;
The confidence to deal with all key stakeholders within a business to develop trust and buy-in, including all levels of staff from negotiator up to director level;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and ability to be highly organised;
The ability to be utterly resilient in the face of rejection, coupled with the tenacity to continue in a positive and upbeat way to be able to move on to the next opportunity
The ability to be effective working remotely whilst being a team player with the team members based in HO.
