CRM Database Executive – Olney, Bucks. 

Main Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Ensure that data collected is held and processed in compliance with the Data Protection Act & GDPR. Develop and implement a data management plan. This will include identifying and changing processes to ensure better structures are in place for on-going maintenance of data. Promote data quality and best practice within the business. Monitor quality of data input and identify key areas for improvement

Business Support:

  • Understand how the CRM data can provide insight and strategic policy to inform the business
  • Analyse data and assist Marketing with delivering campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing and other departments such as Compliance and Payroll/Accounts offering support as required
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation and reports within the CRM system for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the functioning of the CRM and be able to support the maintenance of the system
  • Understand how data obtained from the CRM can be used to develop processes outside the CRM
  • Understand and maintain the interface between the CRM system and company websites and third-party property portals
  • Understand how to develop and implement third party integrations using the CRM API
  • Be the main point of contact with third party software integration suppliers, building and maintaining good relationships and ensuring best quality and value for the business

User Support:

Deliver training to users as required for both new starters and refresher updates to ensure accurate and efficient use of the CRM system

Provide support and assistance to all users for the CRM system


Be the main point of contact with Reapit; our database provider

Be the main point of contact for data for the organisation

Any other duties as maybe reasonably required

Person Specification:

Key Requirements & Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role Technical and/or Professional Skills
  • Be a ReapIT Super User
  • Familiar with Microsoft office products
  • Excel/spreadsheet expert user
  • Ability to work with website developers, particularly in understanding the CRM API
  • Highly numerate, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to present data and to express complex technical concepts in a simple manner
