New Homes Customer Service Advisor - West End

My client a high end developer is currently looking for a Customer service advisor to assistant the customer care team, this is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service experience and looking to work for a developer. Ideally we are looking for someone with property experience but this is not essential.

You will be reporting into the senior customer service manager, this role will involve:

  • Handling all incoming calls and emails from residents
  • You will be dealing with all enquiries post completion
  • Dealing with enquiries, defects and complaints
  • Maintaining and updating the system
  • Update key customers who have outstanding issues every two days without fail

You will need to have

  • Good telephone manner
  • Confidence and proactive in chasing contractors on a daily basis
  • Update key customers who have outstanding issues every two days without fail

In return my client is offering a basic salary of £28,000
