Customer Care Assistant - North London

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Assitant for a luxury boutique developer based in North London. This is an amazing time to join the company as they are about to launch there brand new HQ very soon. This developer covers most of East and North London and they are just launched overseas. Our client is looking for someone to assist the Customer Care Manager with everything post legal completion and someone who understands how to deal with maintenance issues, defects and dealing contractors on a regular basis.

The Role:

  • First point of contact for clients post legal completion
  • Assist with defect rectification process and resolve it as quickly as possible
  • Ensure department database is kept up to date
  • Manage department diaries and update maintenance engineers
  • Ordering materials directly with suppliers
  • Log incoming invoices
  • Manage sub contractor performance and report findings to customer care
  • Assist with collation of department and monthly reports
  • Assist with the handover process on site for new developments, including key handovers, snagging and lettings agents
  • Adhoc admin for the department
  • Effectively manage all of customer expectations and deliver excellent customer service always

Salary between £20,000 - £26,000 to start ASAP
