Customer Care Co-Ordinator

Location London, London Job Type Permanent
Salary £25000 - £28000 per annum Sector New Homes

I am currently looking for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to work for a leading developer in East London. My client is looking for someone who has previously worked for a developer or has experience within the New Homes industry. The company are extremely passionate about internal progression and offer all their staff the tools and training they need in order to better themselves on their set path.

The role:

  • First point of contact for clients post legal completion
  • Manage defect ratification
  • Ensure department database is maintained and updated daily
  • Manage department diaries and arranging appointments for maintenance engineers
  • Assist with collation of department monthly reports
  • Escalate any complaints of department monthly reports
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers
  • Assist with the hand over process on site for new developments (key handover, snagging, utilities, letting agent handover)

The Candidate:

  • Proven customer care experience working with a developer
  • Extremely Hardworking, Organised and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication and team member skills
  • Take the lead and keep calm when under pressure
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Have a personable and approachable demeanour with excellent customer service skills
