Customer Care Coordinator - Top London Developer

My client is one of the top property developers operating in London, responsible for the mixed-use redevelopment of a significant part of North London. They are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their office-based Customer Care Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous property-based Customer Care experience to join a well-renowned development firm and to be involved in one of the most exciting projects in London. Reporting into the Senior Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Coordinator's role will involve:

  • Handling all incoming calls and emails from residents and directing to the correct team

  • Processing defects through the defect management system

  • Scheduling appointments for the Customer Care Manager and Technician

  • Maintaining/updating the CRM system

  • Expenses/invoices for the Customer Care team

The ideal Customer Care Coordinator will have:

  • Proven Customer Care experience within a property developer (essential)

  • Have a personable and approachable demeanour with excellent customer service skills

  • A professional telephone manner

  • The ability to coordinate any action required efficiently and effectively
