Customer Care Manager - New Homes

Salary £30000 - £50000 per annum Sector New Homes

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager within the New Homes property industry. Our client is an acclaimed development and investment company who produce luxury New Homes in Prime London locations. The role will require completion and handover experience. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and good knowledge of the new homes industry.

The role:

  • Making contact with purchasers pre-completion
  • Inform purchasers of choices available
  • Perform Home Demonstration tours
  • Provide purchasers with regular updates on completion timing
  • Arrange and carry out key handover
  • Carry site based customer service visits
  • Act upon reports of defects during the warranty period
  • Produce customer relations / customer services reports for management

Salary - £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience
