Customer Relations - New Homes

Salary £25000 - £35000 per annum Sector New Homes

We are working on a Customer Relations Officer role within the New Homes industry. Acting as a point of contact between the buyer and the developer, the candidate will be required to keep customer's up to date with development progress and deal with any issues relating to their particular sale. The role will be both customer facing and via telephone with the inclusion of home demonstrations, admin and liaising with contractors.

In order to excel within this position, you must have experience in Customer Service/ Customer Relations Management for a new build developer.

The role:

  • Making contact with purchasers pre-completion
  • Maintain relationship with purchaser throughout warranty and defects period
  • Perform Home Demonstration tours
  • Provide purchasers with regular updates on completion timing
  • Arrange and carry out key handover
  • Act upon reports of defects during the warranty period
  • Produce customer relations / customer services reports for management

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good at multitasking
  • IT literate - Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
