We are looking for individuals who are interested to work as a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast paced Customer Services team for one of the largest housing associations in London and the South of England. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to a diverse customer group.
The successful applicant to the role of Customer Service Advisor will have proven experience in a customer focused environment and will be able to provide a customer focused approach when dealing with a variety of customer queries.
In this role, you will work with a diverse customer group and must be able to pro-actively communicate and be able to provide empathy and support to all customers. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, committed and confident in addition to:
- Being able to work using your own initiative and make decisions
- Being focused and driven to achieve the best outcome for the customer as well as the association
