Customer Service Co-ordinator Team Leader

We are working on behalf of our client on the search for an experienced Customer Service manager within New Homes. We need an experienced manager who is comfortable driving customer service operatives across multiple sites to ensure all handovers and customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The role will involve reporting to management and budgeting as well so a solid understanding of the New Homes customer service process is essential.

Job specification

  • Managing a team of 3 across multiple sites
  • Managing complaints, qualifying and rectifying
  • Ensuring that customer journey is smooth and dealt with effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Reporting to Head of Operations
  • Ensure defects are closed out in accordance with KPIs
  • Conducting development reviews for team members

  • Management experience within New Homes
  • Able to deliver on processes
  • Extremely organised and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication and team member skills
  • Take the lead and keep calm under pressure
