Customer Service Coordinator - High End Developer

Salary £30000 - £35000 per annum Sector Business Support Services

My client is a high-end developer, well renowned in the market for producing innovative and quality projects across London. They are looking for an ambitious Customer Care Coordinator to work on one of their most prolific residential schemes in North London. Reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager, this individual will be providing courteous, efficient and professional liaison between purchasers, their agents and contractors.

The Customer Care Coordinator's position will include:

  • acting as the first point of call to customers telephoning and emailing the department

  • overall administrative and secretarial support to the customer service departments

  • Maintaining the customer database, defect management system, tracking documents, electronic plot files and all other correspondence

  • Liaising with contractors and third parties

  • Diary/meeting management

The ideal Customer Care Coordinator will have:

  • previous in Customer Care - ideally in development/construction but not essential

  • a proactive and positive attitude to work

  • Good organisational skills

  • IT literate

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication skills
