Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for experienced and passionate Customer Service Advisor's to join our client, one of the largest housing associations in the UK.
The role will be based in one of their offices in Horsham, West Sussex.
Ideally, you would live locally, have experience working in a previous customer focussed environment and have a keen interest in providing 5-star customer service.
- Manage Stage One and Stage Two complaints and provide responses to enquiries
- Respond to enquiries from the Housing Ombudsman Service and update monitoring system
- Record compliments and share with the business as appropriate
- Actively take part in small scale customer service improvement projects identified from customer complaint feedback
- Update all relevant CRM systems
- Track all actions needed to fully resolve a complaint through to completion
- Assist in the preparation of reports for the Business, Resident Service Panels and Customer Service Committee
