Able to quickly build relationships and deliver excellent customer service?
Do you have experience in estate agency, as an agent, office manager or PA?
This is a really exciting role in our Customer Success Team, looking after our estate agents and ensuring that they achieve maximum value from their membership.
You will be an advocate for providing the best possible customer outcomes through the delivery of engaging meaningful and value added content to our customer base of estate agents and property managers.
You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of personalised, bespoke best practise guidence, connecting with customers through a variety of technology to provide insight on their portfolio performance.
You will need to - have a proactive mindset, a self starter, driven to achieve outcomes for your customers
- relevant estate agency or a passion for property marketing
- excellent communication skills
- be confident presenting training/materials/tutorials on camera, over the phone and in writing
- be confident with tech and a fast learner
