An established but small developer based in Soho are seeking one of their first hires and are open to the right individual wanting to grow with the business.
The particular pain point at present is planning advice, keen to bring a commercially aware Planning or Development professional who won't need to use consultants too often, who is either keen to learn and become adept at Land Acquisition, or continue doing it.
With the main patch within the Northern Home Counties, this developer looks at both immediate and strategic sites to add value to, usually building out but sometimes flipping.
As this role is varied, it would suit a dynamic Town Planner eager to learn Land, or a Land Buyer/Agent with an excellent understanding of Planning. My client is happy to meet with both, with it being a small company and keen for someone to join for the long run - personality fit will be key.
Working from a Soho base, you will be responsible for your own diary, and there is flexibility to work from home, the office or remotely.
