We are looking for an experienced Development Project Manager to join a Housing Association based in Bedfordshire. The Development Project Manager will be responsible for end to end project management of a number of residential schemes from inception to delivery.
The successful applicant to the role of Development Project Manager will have proven experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of the full range of project management duties We are seeking applications from candidates who have had experience in delivery of Section 106 schemes as well as land-led developments.
Key responsibilities within the role will include:
- Front-end project management - feasibility, approval and getting sites into contract
- Managing schemes on site to ensure they are delivering within budget and expected timeframes
- Managing contractors, liaising with local authorities and developers
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing affordable development schemes from inception right the way through to handover to the sales/lettings teams. You will be managing a number of schemes and must be able to develop a project plan setting out the key activities, tasks, timescales and milestones for the project.
