Duties of the role will include;
- Accompanying viewings
- Dealing with Enquiries
- Co Ordinating move ins
- Preparing move in paperwork
- General administration duties
- updating the website
- Social Media
- Maintaining window displays
- Visiting properties when tenants move out
- Reporting maintenance issues
