A great opportunity for an experienced New Homes looking to diversify with the property Sector.
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who has a background in New Homes or New Build Sales. They are a market leading conveyancing firm supplying services to the residential property market.
This is a field based role and the ideal candidate will be happy to travel in a Nationwide capacity.
The role will include:
-Winning new business by direct sales
-Building relationship ships and gathering new business with New Homes developers.
-Manage your own/diary and plan appointment trips
-To account manage and identify opportunity to increase revenue
-To represent both companies and their products in a professional way, both face to face and on the telephone.
-To seek opportunities to develop new introducer relationships and referrers of business.
The candidates must:
-Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency and New Homes
-Proven track record in a sales environment
-The ability to work towards sales and targets
-Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process
Our client is offering a basic salary up £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000, commission is uncapped, plus a generous car/petrol allowance. Monday to Friday – No weekends!!
