Ideally, they require a professional and experienced New Homes Sales Advisor with strong skills and ability to exceed client’s expectations.
It is essential to have at least 1 years’ experience in Estate Agency or working on site for a developer.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Provide feedback on viewings
- Sales Progression to exchange to completion
- Achieve sales targets
- Cross selling services including solicitors and mortgage advisors
- Following up sales enquiries
- Providing 1st class customer service at all times
- Attending viewings
- Fixtures and Fittings
Working hour are:
- Wednesday to Friday - 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Saturday - 10:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday - 11:00am to 4:00pm
