A great opportunity to join a well-established and reputable specialist property firm in Horsforth as a Sales Administrator.
Our client is an established and successful Estate Agency and Lettings firm with multiple offices across West Yorkshire., hey now require a competent and articulate Sales Administrator to support their busy office. This is a varied role as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Duties, amongst other, will include:
  • Answering the telephone
  • Producing property particulars for the Vendors approval
  • Preparing window cards and other marketing materials
  • Putting properties onto the relevant portals
  • Preparing the weekly advertisements for newspapers as per Valuation Managers instructions
  • Providing cover for the network of branches when required
  • Sales progression
Candidates should have a minimum of one years’ administrative experience as well as excellent IT skills, in particular Powerpoint and Excel.
This role involves working under pressure therefore candidates must be able to multi-task and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
