Due to continued success and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a hard-working and articulate individual to join their well-established team.
As a Lettings/Sales Coordinator you will be expected to:
·Lettings administration support
·Answer the phone
·Qualifying applicants and booking viewing appointments
·Preparing move in packs
·Processing offers on sales properties
·Sales progression and chasing the sale
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
·Previous experience in the property industry - Desirable
·Knowledge of the lettings legislation
·Thrives in a busy team environment
·Strong communication and organisation skills
·Work methodically, accurately and efficiently
·Customer service orientated
