Our client in Oxford, now seeks an additional Sales Negotiator for their Oxford team.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them.
- Generate quality leads and referrals ensuring they are dynamically followed up and converted.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over their competitors.
- Ensuring that all instructions/documentation are presented to the highest standard.
- Ensuring that all financial targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis.
- Follow up all enquires and leads in a timely manner in line with company standards
- Conduct viewings and convert these into offers and sales through effective negotiation
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Refer business to other departments across the company
- Managing customer feedback effectively, reviewing that feedback and ensuring we are driving our service levels higher and higher.
- Pro-actively managing, maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.
- Pro-actively ensuring that all written communications adhere to relevant legislation.
- Experience in a busy lettings, estate agency or sales environment preferable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the house sale process
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to motivate yourself as well as being a strong team player.
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Full and clean UK driving licence.
