Our client are looking for a Team Coordinator / Office Manager to join their prime central London office.
·Maintaining and organising office systems and procedures.
·Supervise, organise & monitor on and off line marketing.
·Anti Money Laundering Compliance.
·Handling incoming enquiries and applicant qualification.
·Carry out occasional lettings / sales viewings when required.
·Organise professional photos, floorplans & property particulars.
·Assisting when required with tenancy documentation and references; to include progressing all letting files, working directly with negotiators.
·Arrange & assist with the design for flyers/leaflets for canvassing.
·Google reviews – help with obtaining these from clients.
·Key auditing –logging keys in & out and adding addition keys to system.
·Processing / approving office invoices.
·Ordering office stationary.
·Post – sorting and posting daily.
·Excellent telephone manner
·Working well in a team
·Driven and a can do attitude
Full training will be provided.
Working days are Monday - Friday plus one Saturday a month.
