ESTATE AGENCY BRANCH MANAGER - COLCHESTER, ESSEX
UP TO £25,000 BASIC SALARY £55,000-£65,000 OTE GUARANTEED EARNINGS FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS TO £50,000
Our client, Essex’s leading independent Estate Agent, are on the hunt for an experienced Branch Manager to join their friendly team based in the historic town of Colchester! Our client has been established for over 50 years and have grown to a branch network of 15 offices across Essex – 11 of which are Market-Leaders in the town that they operate in! The business has had record breaking success year-on-year and continue to sell Essex’s most superb properties by delivering a high level of customer-service to its customers.
We are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to be based at our client’s office in Colchester. The selected candidate will be a sales driver who has a proven track record of delivering excellent results in Estate Agency by improving branch performance. Applicants who are currently an Assistant Branch Manager and are looking for a “step up” in their career will also be considered.
·Monitoring Branch Performance against set KPI’s
·Improving Market-Share of the branch ahead of its competition
·Valuing and Listing properties – Colchester is the most diverse Property Market in Essex with an abundance of different property styles ranging from £200,000 to over £3,000,0000
·Training new staff and monitoring their progress against targets
·Holding morning meetings with sales staff
·Cross-selling products such as Mortgage Appointments and conveyancing etc.
·Attending meetings with the M.D to discuss Branch Performance etc.
·A bespoke package will be put in place for the candidate
·A basic salary of up to £25,000 PLUS guaranteed earnings for the first 6 months to £50,000
·28 days paid holiday, including Bank Holidays
·A high-spec company car / car allowance
·End of year discretionary bonus – based on branch performance
Requirements from the candidate:
·MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in Estate Agency, progressing to Branch Manager level.
·MUST have excellent Listing performance with good fees and conversion rates achieved
·MUST be able to lead and motivate a team from the front
·MUST be sales driven and possess excellent customer-service skills
·MUST have Full UK Driving License
·Ideally, the candidate will have market knowledge of Colchester
·Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6pm with a day off in lieu
